MOST WANTED: Black Krystle gown and evening jacket with jewel-tone embroidery
Krystle wore this gown and evening jacket to the only Carrington Christmas party in 9 years of "Dynasty." The gown and jacket are made of (what I believe to be) black velvet with various jewel-tone embroidery and rhinestones in a leaf and vine pattern. The gown has spaghetti straps. The embroidery on this gown is gorgeous and very intricate. I would also love to acquire this ensemble because I own the red beaded gown Alexis wore to the same party-- she wasn't invited of course, she crashed it! It would be great to have both Krystle's & Alexis' gowns from that scene.

My Collection: Red Krystle cocktail dress with black lace sequin appliques
This cocktail dress was worn by Linda Evans as Krystle Carrington on "Dynasty."
Linda wore this dress in episode 206 "The Wedding."
Krystle wears this dress in a scene with Blake in their master bedroom where she tells Blake the only way she will agree to renew their marriage vows is if he will agree to sign divorce papers. Krystle's reason for this is because she is about to leave for an operation on a possibly fatal brain tumor that she has and wants Blake to be free to remarry if she does not survive the operation. The second scene involves Krystle introducing Sable to the rest of the family for a formal dinner at the mansion. This storyline was devised because Linda was ready to leave the show. This season 9 storyline was grooming the way for Sable to possibly become a new romance for Blake in season 10, which never happened because the show was canceled.
This cocktail dress is off the shoulder, long sleeved, and has a knee-length, ruffled, full skirt. The dress is made of a finely ribbed red fabric and has six buttons at each wrist also in this red fabric. The neckline, front of the bodice, outside of each sleeve, and each pleat of the skirt are adorned with floral black lace appliques bordered in black sequins. The edges of the lace at the neckline and the skirt extend slightly over the red fabric of the dress. The inside of the dress has a built in corset.

WANTED: Pink silk Alexis negligee with ostrich feather cuffs
I am generally not after the negligees and bed time costumes as I am more interested in the formal gowns and dramatic looks, however some of the Dynasty night wear was exceptionally glamorous. This is one of those bed time looks that I would like to have in my collection. This ensemble is comprised of a pale pink silk robe with a paisley design with an over abundance of dramatic ostrich feathers at the cuffs and a matching silk slip underneath. This is one of those costumes that is beautiful in motion-- the long robe flowed and fluttered as Joan walked around in the scene, along with the dramatic swooshing around of the oversized ostrich feather cuffs at the sleeves.

WANTED: Navy velvet Elizabeth Taylor gown
This is another gown Nolan did for Elizabeth Taylor that was inspired by her costumes for "Poker Alice." Nolan was known for finding a look or pattern that he liked and making multiple versions and variations of that design. The "Poker Alice" cut gowns for Elizabeth Taylor definitely exemplify this repetition. However, this cut looks amazing on Elizabeth, showcasing her best assets, and hiding her problem areas, so it is a good look to keep repeating. This gown would rank higher on my want list, but even though I do like this gown, I find it a bit plain and underwhelming compared to the other gowns Nolan designed for Elizabeth with a similar cut and style in purple, magenta, white, red, pink, etc.
