MOST WANTED: Purple satin bows bustier Elizabeth Taylor gown

This is one of my all time favorite gowns that Nolan did for Elizabeth, and thus one of my all time favorite gowns created by Nolan.  This gown really symbolizes the union of Nolan Miller's design for his muse Elizabeth Taylor.  The cut of the gown is the same custom design Nolan created for Elizabeth, in rich satin fabric, and in her signature color-- purple.  Elizabeth wore this gown for her Passion perfume campaign and also wore it to several events.  Faux violets were added to the shoulders of the gown later on.  Per usual, I prefer this gown without the later alteration and addition of the flowers.  Why tamper with perfection?  The sketches for this gown are absolutely stunning as well.  There are at least two different sketches for this gown.  The only real difference is one sketch appears to be more detailed and a bit more dramatic.

WANTED: If anyone has this gown, or any information on its whereabouts, please let me know!

WANTED: Nude beaded rhinestone Krystle gown

This is one of my top ten favorite Krystle gowns from Dynasty.  Linda wore this to the People's Choice Awards in 1985 where she won "Favorite Actress" and Dynasty won "Favorite Show."  The nude color palette looks great on Linda, while the crystal embellishments add 1980's over the top glamour.  I actually prefer this gown without the huge shoulder pads and crystals, but that is what makes it a very "Dynasty" look.  This gown was later altered, by adding fabric to the neckline, transforming the gown from a V-neck décolletage to a high neckline.  Per usual I definitely prefer the gown in it's pre-altered form.  I think all of these gowns that were altered were much more beautiful in their original state. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
